There is no limit to the amount of times you can call us however this may be subject to our “fair use” policy. The fair use policy may be applied if you request assistance more often than we think is reasonable.
Once your Roadside Assistance Policy has been processed and activated you will receive a confirmation email with your policy attached. This can take up to 48 hours.
